Thinking that cheating a little will not affect the outcome, most failures break the dieting rules because they get cross and cantankerous when hungry. Eating becomes the way out of hunger as well as their ill-tempered moods.

Many also find intolerable the total abstention from sugar and carbohydrates for several weeks, preferring to defer it, and thus fail in the dieting plan.  Many failures simply find the hardships not worth the slimmer body, and just abandon the program.

For instance, to avoid an eating binge and yet satisfy the hunger, eating vegetables is advised. A leaf of lettuce around some chicken piece will sate hunger with very little carbohydrates or sugar. One just needs to reduce the meat or fish intake later to compensate. At any rate, sticking to a mainly vegetable diet will be very helpful in keeping the hunger pangs at bay while maintaining the below-500 calories restrictions.

Another HCG diet help for those who hate the needle is the sublingual drops. The under-the-tongue method allows the liquid medication to get absorbed into the body faster than more usual methods. It is much less painful than using injections to below the skin or into the muscles.

Every dieting plan is difficult if one has that mindset. They go against the contemporary normal lifestyle and its accompanying desires, so initially it is extremely difficult for the dieter.
